English

Writing in English is something that dificult me because I do not use a lot of vocabulary. Managing another language is something that becomes very difficult even though I have tried to improve.However, being constantly writing for the blog has helped me to know words and improve the writing a bit.

I think I still have a lot to learn but this has been a positive experience for me, because not only have I reinforced the grammar but also writing about me has been a therapeutic activity hahaha

I think it was an opportunity to get to know myself and get to know some of my colleagues a little more. Knowing what their tastes and activities were was also fun, with some activities I even learned new things.

The blog represents for me a space of relaxation and that is why I agree with the fact that the program includes it in its program, it seems to me that the promotion of writing is important in order to understand another language.
Honestly I do not have an idea to improve it because I like it that way, I think it's a relaxed activity and it does not require a lot of time.

Outside of class, I use English when I converse with foreigners and when I listen to music. 

The truth is that English is not a language that motivates me too much, but I understand 

that it is a useful tool in this globalized world

Finally, in my experience, the english in the university It has been very good, at school it was very difficult for me and I never really learned, sometimes it gives me laziness but at the end of the day I feel that I am learning something that is useful.

Blog

Live a lot

I would like to live for a long time. I have always dreamed of looking at the transformation in the world, seeing how technology, politics, culture, economy and the human race are advancing.

 I think the advantages of living a long time are:

·         to know the evolution of society

·         to know many people and lifestyles

·         again experience

On the other hand, I think the consequences are:

·         Problems of old age, such as diseases of all kinds

·         See how the people I want die.

In general, I would like to live enjoying, utopian thinking, I wish there were no problems in the word and live to travel, go to parties and not worry about anything, but, are the dreams. Therefore, being realistic, I intend to fight for causes that seem fair and try to bring the best possible personal life.

 
Finally, death is something that scares me and I do not like to think about it a lot, that's why I think my mind tries to evade the subject and think more about how positive it is to live.

Movimientos Sociales

My favourite subject this semester is “Sujetos y movimientos sociales”. In the class, we tried to understand the dynamics of the social organization.
This semester we saw topics such as:
-movimiento antiextractivista
-movimiento estudiantil
-movimiento ni una menos
-sujeto cliente
-sujeto oprimido
-sujeto carente
-sujeto de derecho

I think that the subjects is very important because gives us tools to recognize the interference social movements in the politic policies. Besides, the popular organization complaint the need of the grass-roots classes.
An author who talks about social movements is Tilly, he talks about the main elements that make up the mass organization.

In this regard, Tilly say that the currents movements are characterized by have: campaign, repertoire and demosntrations  (weight/unity/numer/compromise àWUNC). Also Tilly say that the social movements it’s a important political actor that contributes in the processes for the democracy.

Finally, the subject it has allowed us to discuss the importance of promoting organization in our communities, in the families and in our environment. In our country there have always been strong movements therefore I thinks is good find out about it

Portal del hip-hop en Chile

I always visit EL PORTAL DE HIP-HOP EN CHILE (www.imperioh2.cl).

At the beginning of the site, photographs of the latest albums appear. When you go down, you can see the national news related to Chilean hip-hop. Below you can see international news and urban music videoclips.   At the end page appear the featured artist of the last month.

In the site, you can download discography of the Chilean urban artist. For example, you can find the music of the Portavoz, Chystemc, Kase-o, Liricistas, Gran Rah, Anita Tijoux, Flowyn, Nfx, amongst others artist famous in our country.

I love the urban culture, because, i think it represent life of the Street. I think that the music created by “raperos” is rustic and simple but very honest. And the platform allow access music at no cost.

Also, the page shows the news talent, in that sence, it offers several options to listen.

I recommend to click on Portal de Hip-Hop en Chile web page and look the national contents. I think that it’s good to try news things.

Salar Uyuni

The photo that i chose was capture in Salar of Uyuni in February, 2018. 

This year whit my friend (Camila) we travel to Oruro, a small town in Bolivia.

It was the first trip we made together and Camila was very very nervous because she had not traveled in the airplane. Our plan was to know the salar located in Uyuni, a village near Oruro.

When we enter in the town, the people of agency said “tours to Uyuni here!” and we immediately bought the tickets by going the place the next day.

The picture shows the moment when whit my friend arrived at the Salar. I was really very touched because I had dreamed that moment and I remember thinking that the place was paradise. This photo was taken by Sergio, a young man we met in Oruro.

This photo represent a very special moment for me,
because with Camila we met very good people on that trip and
our friendship became stronger.

Social Work

When I was a little girl i wanted to be teacher because i like the language subject and i thought at could teach, but, when as I grew up discovered that the social topics i was interested more.

When i was entry to the university my first option was Social Work, because my dream was involved in the public politics. 

As for the my experience in the university, i can say that is the best opportunity in my life. Why? Because, no only i understand my system it is also, i met people with  similar interest and vision of the life.

Finally, like to say that i like my career. Actually, i job with the fundacion Itaca, a institution non profit that job with children and younger deprived of liberty in SENAME. In the place (Itaca) offer me the chance to job when i finished my career, it for it that was very content.
